1 cup onion diced
1 cup celery diced
1 cup carrots shredded and chopped
1 cup peas
1/3 cup butter
1/2 c flour
2 c chicken broth
1 c milk
4 c diced or shredded chicken breast/cooked
12 egg roll wrappers
1 egg beaten

Oven 350
Saute onion celery carrots in butter, 5 mins
add flour to saute, stirring well cook one min stirring constantly
Combine broth and milk and add gradually stirring into veg.
add peas
cook till thick and bubbly
remove from heat add chicken
Spray cupcake pan-normal size- push wrapper in and add chicken mix, swipe edges of wrapper with egg and close as best as you can.
Bake for 20-25 minutes
