Ingredients:

6 hard boiled eggs
Finely chopped onions too taste
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Miracle Whip

I would make about 6 hard boiled eggs, cold. Put them in a bowl and chop them up, you can mush up the yolks with a fork but leave some chunks of the white. I add onion chopped small, maybe 1 slice of a whole onion. Add in some pepper, maybe 1/2 teaspoon. Mix it up and add Miracle Whip, start with 2 tablespoons mix it up and see if it's creamy enough for you, if not add more as you like. I use margarine on my bread. 😋
