4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, sliced
2 pears, cored and cut in halves
1 tblsp. chopped parsley
1 small onion, sliced
3 tblsps. butter
3 tblsps. white wine
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. tarragon
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place one chicken breast half, 1/2 pear and 1/4 onion on each of 4 squares of aluminum foil. Combine butter, wine, parsley, lemon juice and tarragon; pour over each chicken breast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Seal packets. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
