Eye of round roast
1/2 bottle Kitchen Bouquet
Praise Allah (powder)
1/2 bottle Dale Seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Make marinade of Kitchen Bouquet, Praise Allah and Dale Seasoning. Put roast in dish and cover with marinade for 3-4 hours or longer. Put roast in roasting pan. Cover and cook for 3 hours at 350º. Reduce oven to 250º and cook additional 2 hours.
