Ingredients:  
3 pkgs perdue chicken
2 cups rice, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz mayonnaise
2 cups peas
2 full sleeves of bacon Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix chicken, rice, peas, soup and mayonnaise.

Spread into 9 x 13 baking dish.

Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.

Drizzle with butter

Bake 20 minutes.
