1 medium onion diced
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp oil
1 lb hamburg
1 small can tomato paste
1 jar spaghetti sauce, divided
salt & pepper
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded, divided
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles as directed (you can use oven ready noodles as well).

Brown beef & onions.

Combine garlic powder, oil, tomato paste, salt & pepper, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, (keep remaining for top), sauce, (keep some for bottom of baking pan and top).

Spread some spaghetti sauce in bottom of an 13x9 pan, then start layering noodles then mixture, finishing with noodles on top.

Sprinkle remaining sauce on top making sure noodles are covered. Sprinkle parmesan with remaining mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese if desired.

Cook at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
