1 lb. sausage
6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard, optional
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain the sausage. Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 9X13 inch glass dish. This can be refrigerated for up to 12 hours, so it is great to make the night before. Just get up and pop it in the oven - 350º for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
