6 c. yellow squash
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. melter butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion in salted water 5 minutes. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream, stir in carrots. Fold in squash and onions. Combine stuffing mix and butter. Spread half of stuffing on bottom of baking dish. Spoon vegetable mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
