1 can Cream of Mushroom
1 can Cream of Chicken
1 can Rotel Mild (you can also use regular or hot if you like it spicy), drain
3 large chicken breast boiled and shredded. You could also use 2 cans of white meat chicken
3/4 of a bag of Doritos crushed
1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix in a bowl both the soups, the Rotel and a handful of the Doritos.
Spray a 9 X 13 casserole dish with non stick spray. Place the shredded
chicken in the bottom of the dish. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken evenly.
Next take the crushed Doritos and sprinkle an even layer on top, finally add the
cheese on the top using as much or little as you would like. Bake until cheese is
melted and just starting to brown.
