2 eggs, separated
cup sugar
2 tbs. butter
tsp. salt
grated rind and juice from 1 lemon
2 tbs. flour
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add about half of the sugar to egg whites and beat. Cream butter; add salt and remaining sugar. Add egg yolks and beat; add grated lemon rind and lemon juice; add flour, then slowly add milk. Fold in egg whites.
Pour into buttered 1 quart baking dish. Set into pan containing about inch water. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Serve very cold.
