1 lb ground beef
3 cups beef broth
4-5 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp basil
1/2 c chopped onion
1 can diced tomatoes (28oz)
1 can tomato paste (6oz)
1 c V8 (veggie juice)
2 cups uncooked small shell pasta
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomatoes and tomato paste. Add everything except pasta. Cover and cook in crock pot on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours. With 30 minutes left add 1 cup water and pasta. Stir. Serve with shredded cheese.
