Fudge:
1 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 can condensed milk
3 T. butter
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Dough:
1 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter together. Add 3/4 cup pecans and set aside. Cream butter, vanilla, brown sugar and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients, oatmeal and 1 cup pecans. Put 2/3 dough mixture evenly in a 10x16 inch pan. Pour fudge mixture over and sprinkle remaining dough over the top. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
