8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 T. chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 ounces oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped and drained
1/3 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, onion and garlic until blended. Stir in tomatoes and peppers. Stir in mozzarella, Italian cheese blend and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Transfer to a greased 9 in. baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan. Bake uncovered at 350 until edges are bubbly and lightly browned, about 35 to 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sturdy crackers.
