2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can whole kernel corn drained
2 eggs
2/3 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Scoop 1/3 cup into each section of lined muffin tray. Bake 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
