"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º degrees. Spray 11x7 baking pan with nonstick spray.
Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl. Add the milk slowly. You want the cake batter to be as dense & thick as possible. Mix in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Spread into prepared baking pan, sprinkle a few more sprinkles on top, and bake about 23 minutes until edges are just turning brown.
Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes so the center sets, before cutting into squares.
