2 1/2 - 3 pound beef or venison roast (fresh or frozen)
1 small chopped onion
1 stalk of celery chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Milk
1 small bag of baby carrots
2 cans green beans drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Coat dutch oven or oversized casserole dish with cooking spray. Empty one can cream of mushroom soup into bottom of dutch oven. Place fresh or frozen roast on top. Add chopped onion and chopped celery on top of roast. Empty bag of carrots around roast. Spoon remaining can of mushroom soup and can of celery soup over meat and carrots. Fill one empty mushroom soup can with milk and pour over all. Cover and bake for 6 - 7 hours until meat is fork tender. Remove meat. Drain 2 cans of green beans and add to carrots & gravy. Let stand 10 - 15 minutes and serve with mashed potatoes.

Preparation is easy but this must be planned ahead. I usually start everything cooking at 10am for a 5pm meal.
