5 pounds russet potatoes
8 ounces cream cheese
1 stick butter
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Fill a large cooking pot 2/3 full of water. Peel, cut and place potatoes in pot. Bring pot to a boil and cook potatoes until tender. Drain water from potatoes and transfer to large mixing bowl. Soften cream cheese and butter then add to potatoes. Start mixing on low speed gradually increasing to medium/high. Add salt & pepper to taste.
