Sauce:

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups water

Batter:

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1 pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: Mix together and bring to a boil. Use a medium size roasting pot with lid.

Batter: Mix together and drop into sauce while boiling using 2 spoons, so that they float on top.

Place in oven at 350 for 30 minutes. COOK WITH LID ON!!! Serve hot with, milk , cream, cool whip or ice cream.
