Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups brown sugar packed
1/2 lb of salted butter room temperature
1 can eagle brand (regular or flavored)
**** I've noticed when using the caramel or chocolate one, you don't cook as long as it gets too granular

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large glass bowl or an 8 cup glass measuring cup. Keep in mind that the fudge expands and bubbles.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes then stir until well blended, repeat this process for at total of 10 minutes depending on strength of microwave. If cooked too long it will be too granular, if not long enough it will be too soft.

Once you have finished this process, mix with an electric mixer on high for 5 minutes. Pour into an 8x11.5 pan. DO NOT REFRIGERATE as it breaks when cutting it. Let it cool on it's own approximately 45 minutes then cut it.

ENJOY!
