3 pounds boneless chicken breasts
8 - 2 ounce packages dried beef
1 pound bacon
24 ounces sour cream
3 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Coat 10 x 15 x 2 baking dish with cooking spray. Chop dried beef into 1/2 inch squares and cover bottom of baking dish. Cut chicken into 1/4 - 1/3 pound portions. Wralp each portion with a strip of uncooked bacon. Secure with toothpick or tuck under breast and place in dish on top of dried beef. In a separate bowl, combine mushroom soup & sour cream and then pour over chicken. Bake 3 hours uncovered. Great with mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
