1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (8 oz) containers cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 C cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 C cauliflower, chopped fine
1/2 C broccoli, chopped fine
1/4 C green onion, chopped fine
1/4 C cucumber, chopped fine
1/4 C ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 350º. Unroll crescent rolls and press seams together.
Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven. Cool completely.
In 1 quart bowl combine remaining ingredient except vegetables and shredded cheeses.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent crust.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella on top of the cream cheese.
Evenly distribute the cauliflower, broccoli, green onion, and cucumber.
Top with ranch dressing. Slice and serve.
