1/2 C margarine, melted
1/2 C lemon juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
5 lbs salmon
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to 400º.
Combine margarine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and onion soup mix in a small sauce pan.
Heat slowly until it boils and thicken. Simmer 5 minutes.
Line bottom of a 9 X 13 inch dish with two layers of foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.
Put fish on foil, sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper, and top with sauce. Fold foil over fish to cover tightly.
Bake on grill or in oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
