2 c. chickpeas drained
2 T Tahini
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 T olive oil
1/2 tsp cider vinegar or lemon juice

Tahini
1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
2 T oil ( sometimes I use sesame seed oil for a stronger flavor.)
Blend together until smooth.

Put chickpeas, tahini, salt, pepper, olive oil and cider vinegar or lemon juice in blender and blend until smooth. Serve with your favorite vegetables.

You can buy your tahini in the store. I found this recipe when I was living in Korea and couldn't find tahini at the BX.
