dressing of your choice
lettuce
vegetables of your choice(tomato, cucumber, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc
protein of choice ( bacon, nuts, seeds, beans, chicken, meat, pork)
cheese
Pint Jar

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 Tbsp dressing in the bottom of the jar. Next add your wet veggies, like carrots and cucumbers. follow that with your protein. Next add your hard veggies, like broccoli, cauliflower or carrots. Follow that with your cheese. last pack in your lettuce as tight as you can and secure your lid.

This salad will fill up your entire plate. It will also stay fresh in the fridge for at least 5 days packed in this order.
