Ingredients:  
Chopped Spinach (frozen) 1 pkg.
Margarine 2 Tlb.
Onion (chopped) 1 small
Mushrooms (fresh or canned) 1/4#
Dry Bread Crumbs 1/4 cup
Mushroom Soup 1 can
Sharp Chefdar Cheese 3 cups grated
Basil 1/8 tsp.
Oregano 1/8 tsp.
Pepper 1/8 tsp.
Eggs 3

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw Spinach, press all water out. SautÚ onions, butter, mushrooms. Beat eggs and add the crumbs, soup, cheese, spices and spinach. Pour into 9x9 pan. Bake at 325║ for 35 minutes.

This recipe can be doubled and is good reheated.
