Margaret Landon

1 2 pound can crushed pineapple
1 16 ounce packed frozen mixed fruits, partially thawed, or 1 package frozen peaches
1 16 ounce packed frozen slicked strawberries, partially thawed
1 3 ounce package lime jello
1 envelope plain gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup water
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
juice of 1 lemon
2 cups of small marshmellows
1 9 ounce container of Cool Whip or 1 cup of heavy cream whipped

Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. If necessary add water to make 1 cup. (Save any extra Pineapple juice)
Bring liquid to a boil and dissolve lime and regular jello being sure that both are entirely dissolved. Add partially thawed fruits and stir. Mixture should be thick, but not fully set. If it is thin, put in fridge until it has thickened. Beat cream cheese with electric beater.
