2 cloves garlic (minced)
4 T. olive oil
1 t. dried basil
1 t. salt
1 t. ground black pepper
1 t. lemon juice
1 t. fresh parsley (chopped)
2 (6oz) salmon fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except fish) together in bowl. Add fish and cover with marinade. Marinate at least one hour. Preheat oven to 375º. Place fillets on bake sheet lined with foil. Bake 35-40 minutes (I like mine cooked very well done).
