2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. oil
1 egg (lightly beaten)
3 t. salt
1 t. poultry seasoning
8 chicken breast or thighs

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix the vinegar, oil, egg, salt & poultry seasoning. Place the chicken in bowl and marinate for at least an hour. Preheat oven for 350º. Arrange chicken in baking dish and cover with 1/4 marinade. Bake Chicken 30 minutes in oven. Drain off marinade. Continue baking for 15 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. I like to broil at the end to make crispy.
