des filets de poisson (cabillaud, saumon,mahi-mahi, etc)
2 ou 3 tomates
1 citron
1 échalote
huile d'olive
épices, fines herbes
sel,poivre

Directions:
Directions:
Huiler légèrement un plat allant au four. Y mettre les filets de poisson.
Répartir les reste des ingrédients sur les filets : l’échalote émincée,le citron coupé en rondelles, les tomates coupées en petits morceaux, les herbes/épices. Saler, poivrer et terminer par un petit filet d'huile d'olive.
Mettre au four à 180ºC/350ºF pour 20 à 30 mn, selon l'épaisseur des filets.

Cette recette marche aussi très bien avec des cuisses de poulet (faire cuire plutôt 30 à 40 mn).
