1 lb bulk mild Italian sausage
1 jar (26 oz) La Russa Spaghetti Sauce or 1 can (28 oz) La Russa Italian Sauce
1 box (16 oz) La Russa lasagne, cooked according to package instructions
4 cups (2 lbs) ricotta cheese
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 La Russa grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
1 T chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Cook sausage in skillet, drain and cool. (It should be browned and crumbly.) Cook lasagne according to package directions. Mix together cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper for filling.

In a 9x13 baking pan, pour about 1/2 cup of the sauce, then arrange four lasagne pieces over sauce, overlapping edges. Spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture of the lasagne and 1/3 of the sausage over the cheese; cover with more sauce. Repeat layers with all emaining ingredients, ending with lasagne and sauce on top. Sprinkle with additional romano or parmesan cheese, if desired.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350º for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until browned.

Allow to stand uncovered for about 10 minutes before serving
