3 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla.
oil for deep frying.


honey Syrup

3/4 c. Honey
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder cream sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla add to dry ingredients.
make balls about 1/2 inch. deep fry.

For syrup
combine honey ,sugar, water, lemon juice in a saucepan bring to boil stirring
constantly until sugar dissolves. continue cooking uncovered without stirring for about 15 min or until thick.
