Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Bread schnitzel (thin schnitzel)- flour,egg with spices,bread crumbs


Put pastrami in roll and fry for 1 min on side
(Or put in oven for 10 min and drizzle with oil)
Then put the schnitzel in 9 x13 and pour the sauce on top

Sauce:
½ c ketchup
½ c vinegar
¾ c water
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 c br sugar
½ c sugar
¼ c water
1 Tbs cornstarch
(Ketchup breaks up doesn’t fully mix)
Mix together with immersion blender
boil together

Bake 20 min uncovered or covered
(Rivky goldman breads it with thousand island dressing and bakes)
3x sauce for 4 trays of schnitzel(more than enough)
