1 head of cabbage
2 lbs hamburg
3 cups minute rice, prepared as directed
2 onions, chopped
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up cabbage and boil for about 30 minutes, until tender.

Brown hamburg and onions. Drain.

Mix hamburg, onions, prepared rice, milk and eggs. Stir in boiled cabbage saving some to place on top.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

I created this recipe because I grew up loving my mom's golabki's and missed them. This is a way to get the taste without all the hard work of rolling them up.
