8 lrg potatoes or (12 from 5lb bag)- ½ shredded and ½ on the blade
1 lrg onion
1 c water
¾ c oil
4 eggs
1 Tbs salt
¼ t pepper
-Bake for 2 hrs on 400

Overnight pot kugel:
Freshly made:350 for 1 hr and 225 covered for 12 hrs
Frozen: (450 for 1 hr) or just 225 covered

8-10 potatoes from 5lb. bag
half a large zuchinni
1 large onion
4 eggs
plastic cup oil
water -measured to the top of line of plastic cup
1T salt
1t pepper
