Venison / Moose meat 1 Kg
Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp
Worcester sauce 3 Tbsp
Dijon Mustard 2 Tbsp
Montreal Steak Seasoning 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Garlic cloves 5
Mushroom 3 cans
Cooking onions, sliced 6

Directions:
Marinate meat overnight in refrigerator with soy, Worcester, Dijon, Montréal steak seasoning, black pepper, garlic, ….
Cut meat about 1 to 1 ½ inches thick and Brown the meat
Half dozen cooking onions sliced and cooked to transparency
Some garlic cloves bottom of pot

1st layer - a can of mushroom sauce
2nd layer – meat,
3rd layer – onions,
Repeat layers and end with a layer of mushroom soup
Slow cook for about 8 hours.
Note: This recipe works with other meats as well such as Beef and Elk.
