2 rolls of Pillsbury crescent rolls
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Ham, chopped small

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 16 muffin cups with non stick spray.

Press 1 crescent roll dough on bottom and sides of each muffin cup.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
stir in onion, salt 1/2 of cheese and ham.

Fill each cup to the top with egg mixture, do not over fill. Sprinkle more cheese on top.

Bake 15-20 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean and edges of rolls at golden brown.

Remove from pan. Serve warm.

I created this recipe for myself, I am lactose intolerant. There is no real dairy products in it. You can change it up with ingredients to your taste. I get the packages of ham already cut up small. You can put in anything you like, i.e. Turkey, veggies, bacon.
