Ingredients:  
2 Tbs olive oil
1 onion chopped
2 garlic cloves,minced

1 quart+1 c water
2 Tbs chicken soup mix
32 oz frozen Broccoli
½ c quick cooking oats
Salt(a little less then 1 Tbs) and pepper to taste

Saute onion and garlic in oil then add the rest.simmer for 30 min. puree with immersion blender

5x’s the recipe:
5 onions
160 oz of broccoli
10 garlic cloves
6 qt +1 c water
10 Tbs chicken soup mix
2 ½ c oats
5 Tbs salt
Pepper
Fits 18 qt crockpot
