1/2 C EGG SUBSTITUTE
2 3/4 C FLOUR
1 TSP CREAM OF TARTER
1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
1/4 TSP SALT
2 TBSP SUGAR
2 TSP CINNAMON

PREHEAT OVEN 400 .
IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS; BLEND WELL STIR IN FLOUR, CREAM OF TARTER, BAKING SODA AND SALT BLEND WELL
SHAPE DOUGT INTO 1 IN BALLS. COMBINE 2 TBLSP SUGAR 2 TSP CINNAMON. ROLL BALLS IN SUGAR MIXTURE. PLACE 2 IN APART ON UNGREASED COODIE SHEET
BAKE FOR 8-10 MIN OR UNTIL SET.
IMMEDIATELY REMOVE FROM COOK SHEET
