1 C MILK
1/4 C PEANUT OIL
1 C ROLLED OATS
2 TSP SALT
1/4 C MOLASSES
1 PKG DRY YEAST
4 1/2 TO 5 1/2 C FLOUR (KING ARTHUR BRAND PREFERRED)

Directions:
COMBINE WATER, MILK, AND OIL IN PAN AND BRING TO BOIL. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD OATS, THEN STIR. COOL TO LUKEWARM. POUR INTO OWL AND AD SALT, MOLASSES AND YEAST. BEAT FOR 2 MON ADD FLOUR, A LITTLE AT A TIME. REMOVE FROM BOWL, KNED 8 TO 10 MIN. LET RISE TILL DOUBLED. PUNCH DOWN, DIVIDE INTO LOAVES. LET RISE AGAN IN BREAD PANS.
BAKE AT 375 FOR 35-40 MIN OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON TOP
