4 oz. egg noodles
1 pt. chicken broth
1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup oleo (1/2 stick) if in stick form
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook egg noodles in boiling broth, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking together, just til noodles are firm but tender when bitten.

Meanwhile, cream together cheese and margarine.

Drain noodles and toss with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
