12-15 oz linguine
1/4 cup olive oil
3-5 cloves garlic, minced
3 cans minced claims, drained, save broth
1/2 cup white wine
3/4 cup reserved clam broth
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp dried basil, more if using fresh
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
1/4-1/2 cup Pamesan cheese plus additional for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguine. Meanwhile, heat oil in saucepan. Add the garlic and saute just a few seconds. Add the clams and saute 3-4 minutes. Add wine, clam broth and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in the cheese. Place the linguine in large bowls or on plates. Spoon sauce over the pasta. Serve immediately with additional cheese.
