1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter softened
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup peach puree (I put a can of peaches in my blender)


1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbs cold butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tin or use cup cake papers.

In a medium bowl, mix the flour and sugar and then using a fork, cut in the butter.

Whisk together baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt, set aside.
In a blender, mix peaches and egg until smooth. Add the flour mixture a little at a time.

Fill muffin tin about 2/3 full.

Make topping but creaming ingredients together.

Sprinkle on top of muffins.

Bake 15-20 minutes.
