2 - 3 lbs of large or extra large shrimp
10 lbs red potatoes
3 packs of spicy, smoked sausage (like andouille or kielbasa, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
This is best cooked outdoors in turkey fryer. Add water and shrimp boil (liquid or dry package), then bring to a boil over flame. Add potatoes after cutting into pieces about the size of a golf ball (some potatoes may not require any cutting). Boil about 15 minutes. Add corn for another 15 minutes. Add onions next for 10 minutes. Add sausage and cook another 10 minutes. Add shrimp for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not overcook shrimp.

Add crab legs, if desired, at the same time as shrimp. If any of the guests have seafood allergies, the shrimp and/or crab legs (depends on allergy) can be cooked separately from previous items (corn, potatoes, onions, etc.).

Remove items from water and shrimp boil. Allow items to drain and then place in large bowl or directly onto outdoor table covered in newspaper.
