2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Beat egg, milk, butter and honey.

Stir in dry ingredients. Pour into muffin tin / papers.

Bake 15-18 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean

Cool 5 minutes before moving to wire rack.

These muffins can be frozen. To use, thaw to room temperature or microwave 20-30 seconds.
