2 Tablespoons Butte
1/2 Cup finely chopped onion
2Tablespoons Flour
2 cups Milk
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Macaroni
2 Cup /8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 oz American Cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º

Cook onions in butter
Add flour and Milk
stir well
add salt and pepper
cook until mixture boils and thicken
Stir in cheeses and cooked pasta
pour into buttered casserole dish
Bake 30 minutes
