Yufka = phyllo dough
1 tomato
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
8 slices of bacon, (pastırma)
8 slices any cheese can melt (cheddar cheese etc)
1 tea glass of milk,
2 tablespoons liquid oil,
1 egg yolk.

Directions:
Directions:
Each piece of phyllo dough put the the ingredients, wrapped around it largish With the ends closed. Prepared pieces are fried in plenty of oil. Should be served hot. If you do too much and keep the deep freezer, you can quickly cook and serve it whenever you like.
