1 C SLICED MUSHROOOMS
1 TSP FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY
1/4 TSP THYME LEAVES
4 SLICES WHITE BREAD TOASTED AND CRUMBLED
1/4 C CHICKEN BROTH
DASH OF SALT AND PEPPER

SAUTE ONIONS IN SKILLET IN MELTED BUTTER ADD VEGTABLES, THEN BREAD, BROTH
COOK IN CASSEROLE SPRAYED WITH PAM
