TOP WITH PECANS OR WALNUTS AND BAKETHEN COOL

2ND LAYER
8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
8 OZ COOL WHIP
1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
CREAM TOGETHER SPREAD OVER 1ST LAYER

3RD LAYER
CHOCOLATE PUDDING MADE AS DIRECTED ON BOX AND POUR OVER 2ND LAYER

4TH LAYER
8 OZ COOL WHIP SPREAD OVER 3RD LAYER; CHILL AND SERVE
