Ingredients:  
1 cup yellow self rising corn meal
1 cup buttermilk {make it by adding 1T. of white vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup of milk }
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
2 hot peppers cut up fine
1 small can of cream corn
3/4 t soda
1/2 t salt
1 med onion chopped up fine
1/2 lb grated cheese -velvetta


Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ind except cheese,pour half batter into iron skillett then cover with cheese, cover with remaining batter.
Bake at 375 for 30 min or until brown !!
