3 -15 ounce or 16 ounce can White Beans (Including Juice)
4 cups Chopped cooked Chicken
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Medium Onions, chopped
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
2- 4ounce cans Green Chilies, chopped
2 teaspoon Cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
6 cups Chicken Broth
3 cups grated Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pot, add onions and saute till translucent. Stir in garlic, then green chilies, cumin, oregano and cayenne. Saute for 2 minutes. Add undrained beans and chicken broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat and add chicken and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Season to taste with salt and pepper, Garnish with sour cream if desired.
